Who we are and what this covers
Yellow Sands Software LLC ("we") runs this website at hometradekit.com. We are a limited liability company registered in Georgia (identification number 405499483), at Z. Paliashvili St. 41, Entrance 1, Basement, Vake District, Tbilisi, Georgia. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
This policy covers only this marketing website. The HTK platform, its user accounts and the listing websites built with it have their own privacy policy.
What we collect
We collect personal data in two situations only.
When you request a demo. The form asks for:
- your name and email address
- your company (optional)
- your role
- a feature you are interested in (optional)
- your consent to be contacted
With your request we store the date and time, the language of the page and the page you sent it from.
When you visit any page. Our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. It uses this data to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not receive these logs.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers. The site loads no content from other websites; even its fonts are served by the site itself.

We use your data for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list. Sending a demo request is voluntary, but we cannot reply without your name, email and role.
Who processes it for us
Two kinds of service providers process data on our behalf. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.
- A website hosting provider, which delivers the website.
- A cloud services provider, which stores demo requests in a system only we can access.
These providers may process data in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as giving adequate protection. Ask us and we will tell you which providers we use.
How long we keep it
We keep a demo request for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. If you withdraw your consent, we delete it sooner. If you become a customer, the platform's privacy policy applies from then on. Our hosting provider keeps its technical logs under its own retention rules.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so there is nothing to accept or decline.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- show you the data we hold about you, or send you a copy
- correct it
- delete it
- limit how we use it, or object to its use
- withdraw your consent; this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it
Write to htk@yess.llc. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
