Drop in your drawings and brochures. Get a storefront that sells.
HTK turns the CAD files, PDF brochures and price lists you already have into a studio-grade storefront for your development: units, floor plans, prices and availability, ready to publish.
CAD drawings, brochures, price lists, renders. Whatever you have today: there are no templates to fill in first.
02
Review the draft
HTK reads your files into a draft: the offering, its buildings, units, floor plans and prices. Gaps are flagged and every fact shows which file it came from.
03
Publish
Preview the storefront exactly as buyers will see it and publish when you are ready. Change a price or a status later and it is live straight away.
Everything a developer storefront needs. Nothing you have to build.
Studio-grade, not studio-priced
The storefront a design studio would build, for a fraction of the price.
A bespoke storefront means a brief, weeks of builds and an invoice for every change. HTK gives you finished designs modelled on the best developer storefronts, with calm layouts, strong typography and room for your imagery, on a subscription instead of a project fee.

Lead with a 3D estate, a clickable render, a site plan or a plain table, and switch at any time without re-entering a unit. Happy with the layout you use on your current platform? The closest HTK design is a couple of clicks away.

One source of truth
A sold unit is sold everywhere.
The 3D picker, the plan, the table, the unit page and the PDFs all read the same records. Mark a unit sold once, and it can never stay clickable in the 3D view while the table lists it as unavailable.
On 6 of the 16 developer storefronts we studied that use a 3D view, the view and the units list disagreed.
Try it: point at a unit in either view, then mark it sold.

Cross-offering discovery
A buyer who finds nothing here still finds a home with you.
All your storefronts run on one platform, even when each offering has its own domain and its own design. So when a buyer’s search comes up empty or a phase sells out, the storefront suggests matching homes from your other offerings, instead of losing that buyer to a competitor.
Matching homes from your other offerings on an empty search or a sold unit
A sold-out phase sends buyers on to where you still have homes
Buyers can widen their search to all your offerings in one step
On or off per storefront, for offerings you market on their own

One HTK platform · one inventory
Compliance built in
The disclosures the law asks for, generated from your data.
Price transparency, consent records and image labelling are part of the platform, not a checklist you keep by hand.
Price history and the 30-day lowest price
Every price change is dated. Every reduction shows the lowest price of the 30 days before it, on cards, tables, 3D views and unit pages.
Statutory price lists
A dated price list for each offering, generated from the prices you enter, parking spaces and storage rooms included.
Every payment beyond the price
Mandatory extras and other payments are shown with the price and counted in the total, so the arithmetic always adds up.
Consents on record
Every enquiry keeps the consents its buyer gave, with their exact wording and the time they were given.
Honest imagery
Renders are labelled as visualisations, and images made or retouched by AI say so on the image itself.
No fake urgency
Scarcity and deadlines come from your inventory and your campaign dates. No countdowns, no invented “only 2 left”.
Built around the EU consumer rules and Poland’s 2025 price-transparency act for new homes.
